Hi MDW,

I liked the song you posted! I never heard that one before...you're good at finding songs.

Have a great evening!

Hi all, It's great reading the scriptures and your thoughts. I'm so glad God led me here!

I really like the song MDW posted...I'd never heard it before.

Dekrator, That's a good price for all those songs. If you want to listen to samples 1st go here ~ http://www.amazon.com/WOW-1s-30-Christian-Hits/dp/B004OJC6SC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1304299521&sr=8-1

It's been a tough day. Went to the little local church by my house this morning. Great message about love, family and taking care of each other.

I've had a hard time concentrating on anything very long except pain. I've been having trouble with lower right jaw for about month now. I've gone to specialist who did an implant for me over yr ago (said I had an abscess in tooth in front of implant), so on to dentist who specializes in root canals (can't think of name) who said 3 teeth were hot but didn't think root canals would help (he thought TMJ), so on to EMT doc who confirmed TMJ but said it was coming from problem in jaw/teeth. CAT scan & xray later~showed nothing so now what?? Can't touch teeth together on that side or even put any pressure on jaw....pain meds don't do much (ie Motrin 600 or Anaprox 500).

I post this here as I need your prayers. Thank you in advance....blessings

DKat,

I am praying for you, for relief from pain!!

I will continue to remember your need for healing from pain daily as I pray.

I DO understand your suffering friend...pain and stiffness are my huge symptoms.

Lord, please hold DKat in the palm of your hand and give her healing of her pain.

Surround her in your blanket of comfort and let her feel Your peace.

I pray this in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen

DKat,

You are in my prayers. I say AMEN to Dekrator's beautiful prayer.

I encourage you to rinse your mouth with warm salt water. Salt kills germs and bacteria. It is soothing too.

I sent you a PM.

Praying you get some rest tonight.

Please pray for our military.

They killed Osama bin Laden, so it's going to get ugly.

God Bless the USA and Lord, please protect all of our military people.

I'm thankful that my son is back from Iraq.

Good Morning,

Top of the morning on this cold, breezy day in Oklahoma. We do need the rain.

Dkerator, Thank you for sharing the scriptures of when Jesus shows himself to the disciples after He is raised from the dead.

Imagine with me what that would be like!

Suppose you have buried a loved one...and a few days later he/she shows up at your house!

First the "I can't believe it!"
Then realizing it is true and having such overwhelming joy! [bow] [kiss] [woohoo]

Poor Thomas he wasn't there and refused to believe it. Seriously, can we blame Thomas?

But the Lord is so merciful and shows again when Thomas is there. Thomas sees/feels the scars in Jesus hands and side and declares, "My Lord and my God!"

We encounter the risen Jesus in the here and now! Easter may be over, but as my pastor said this weekend, "Jesus IS still alive!" [woohoo]

OK, now, for those who are reading the Bible chronological, in today's read we see that David made some bad choices.

It was the time of year when kings went to war. But not King David. He decided to stay at the palance. Bad choice number 1 and it went down hill from there with his affair with Bathsheba, having her husband killed, etc.

Just goes to show us it is important for us to be where we are suppose to be. Make the #1 choice first, a godly choice) and it will save a lot of heartache.

Quick to add, in ourselves we cannot do this...but with Jesus, the power of the Holy Spirit inside of us...all things are possible.

Dekrator, I am with you...God Bless our men and women and uniform and God bless the USA!

I'm at work and will post as I can.

Have a blessed day, a blessed week with our God!

rhody, you are in my prayers. I know how concerning the brain fog can be.

May God touch you and give you His peace, wisdom, and lead you.
