Anybody juice? Just going to work at being good about keeping up with it again. I believe it will help.

Your thoughts.....

Been juicing for about 1.5 years on a consistant basis.

I added this as part of my total healing approach and I feel great from it.

Carrots, ginger, celery, garlic, beets, turnups, cucumbers to name a few of the veggies I use. Diffferent combos.

I always seem to feel "cleaner" after I juice...

I juice everyday. It is great for your health. I always feel so energetic after drink my morning green juice. It usually contains cucumber, celery, a kind of dark leafy green such as kale, spinach, collard greens, or beet greens, Ginger and lemon or lime juice.

I have thought about going off antibiotics and just doing a green juice fast for a couple of days to really detox. But I think I need to be further along in my treatment before doing a juice fast.

Oh thanks Runner and deserwind!

You gave a good idea; garlic!!!!! Love that garlic!

I figure if I drink a garlic and green juice, everyone will clear way for me at the stores, LOL LOL!!!!!!

I did, today, 4 little tomatoes, spinach and carrots, not bad.
Tonight I had: one orange, two apples, pineapple.
