Well, the LLMD I was trying to see here in PA is no longer an option. His office says according to the information I sent in my case is chronic and they no longer accept chronic cases. Wont say it is lyme but refereed me to a doc specializing in tick born illnesses. Wonderful part about that is I have to wait at least 6-8 months before I can even be scheduled and none of it is covered by insurance. Igenex test is about $1,800 and the first visit is at least $1,100....not counting any other tests being ordered. I so don't have the cash for this. Looks like I'm totally screwed for a long while. I just don't know what to do now....

Why don't you at least try Dr. C's protocol?
He just did a webinar about treating Lyme on a tight budget. I didn't listen to it, but I know you can get some of the herbal stuff off Amazon. I think Samento is $35.
I'd at least try this while you look for another LLMD.

Yeah, the wife and I are looking into the herbal side of detoxing at least while my PCP keeps ruling other things out. Been tested for HIV, Lymphona, and god knows what else. So far has been none of these. Had pain management doc say it sounds like a classic case of chronic lyme for the second time yet doc relies on blood results. Sigh...

Jon.. I didn't take that literally anyway. I thought you meant the lists from LN in general. My list is more restrictive. I don't have everyone who SAYS they believe in Lyme listed as an LLMD.
The dr you mentioned has in the past been a good LLMD. I think he has chosen to step away from that. Can't blame him.
