I was recently having major neuro and CNS symptoms hours after exercise or even slight exertion. Yesterday, I golfed 18 holes for the first time of the year. I figured I will not let this get the best of me.
It was 90+ degrees out and I was more than exerted. I had no issues at all, aside from sleeping too hot, which was just the weather.
Things I have changed since would be Vit B12 injections only 2... and Neuro-Antitox II CNS/PNS (Thanks daisyrlb!!)
