Sooooo... I have chronic lyme disease and have not found anyone to treat me yet, but have an appt. next week with a doc. Wish me luck! Aside from that fact, my eyes have been full of mucous, draining, itchy, red, and swollen. Lyme! Lyme! Lyme! The eye doctor gave me steroid drops and wetting drops and told me my diagnosis was "nonspecific." What a bunch of crap! I hate my insurance and the doctors it will only allow me to go to.

I had to vent. Thank you.

So sorry you had a rotten experience. I can relate.

My eye issues are more vague--just floaters and general inability to focus on most days, sometimes I lose color vision in one eye.

I saw 5 different eye docs, including a LL opthamologist. All said the same thing, that my eyes themselves are fine; my problem seems to be in the communication between my eyes and my brian, and none of them know what to do about it.

It just sucks!

I also have vision problems. I use colloidal silver in a rinsed out nasal spray bottle. That often provides relief from the itchy, dry feeling. Also, a facial steamer or sitting in a steam room also brings relief.
