i noticed today that after 1 week i still have the rash all around where the tick bit me. It goes in and out of being a light pink to where u can see it if i wear shorts so i cover it up with my capri's or jeans as I am trying not to shave near it and its on my lower leg (I am a lady if any of you are wondering).
It still goes in and out of itching me too. I been putting on benadryl gel and it seems to help but I noticed today my skin is all scaley and gross looking.
Where the tick bit into me is also still red (dark red). I haven't been touching it or any of that I am leaving it alone.
I have also noticed lately I been wanting to crawl in bed at 6 and sleep til 6 or so the next morning which isn't good then i get up and I want to go back to bed 1hr after being up ugh . I also have knee pain and my upper legs hurt me today was a semi-good day they didn't hurt as bad maybe I am on the uphill from here.

Have you been to a dr or are you on antibiotics?
If not, I would get a list of LLMD's in your area from people here on LymeNet and make an appt asap!

I don't know much about the course of treatment for acute lyme. Hopefully someone smarter than me will respond to your post too!
It should raise a huge red flag though if you're having the pain and fatigue when you're done with the doxy.
Would it be possible to make an appt with the LLMD just to cover your bases? I'd rather be in the hands of a physician who knows the disease! But that's just my opinion
