California and Connecticut and I think there are a couple of others.
Plus I just got an email saying that the New Hampshire bill is now a law as of June 9, 2011.

When these new laws get enacted is it publicized greatly by the press? Or is it usually that the general public never hears about it?
I'm just wondering, because it would seem that this would be a good way to get the info out to the news stations that: "The IDSA doctors aren't healing people, but the ILADS doctors are."

MAssachusetts has one too. But no mainstream MD is willing to prescribe outside the guidelines, even with the MD protection bill which passed 6/30/2010.
So, I ask, what good is the "protection".
I hope other states are having better luck with mainstream docs, but I doubt it.
The only thing it MIGHT do is protect an LLMD in any of those states. But as we have seen with the Dr. J case, they just find another reason to haul you up in front of the medical board.

James, seems to me the best news for the public is watching UOS, plus continued articles, letters to the editor, etc.

Yeah, they'll just work around the law and find another reason to **** our doctors. They're already at work doing it.

I'm not interested in a mainstream doc treating me. Just because the bill has passed doesn't make 'em any less ignorant than they were yesterday.
I'm hopeful these bills being passed around the nation will protect our LLMD and LLNDs.

It's amazing what can be accomplished when factions come together in unity putting aside their differences--like they do.
I think it would be miraculous what could be, and would be accomplished if we who have suffered or are suffering would do the same.
I'm thinking...should I hit "Add Reply" or not? OK...yes...

Now that I've done that...I'm thinking of copying and pasting modified versions of it everywhere I can.
Too many have left us...
UNITY has a sweet, very sweet--David and Goliath--kind of a ring to it...I'm getting excited!!!
I've been reading Activism tonight.
And that's just the start.
God help us all.
God lead us all.
