Hi treepatrol,

That's great about being off treatment. I'm still on Dr. J's (KS) protocol but been symptom free for 3 weeks! [Big Grin]

How in the world did you tear the tendons? Any idea?

Good to see you and glad you're feeling better. [woohoo]

Treepatrol!!! It's been ages!! Glad you are well.

If you ever took a fluoroquinolone (Cipro, Levaquin, Factive), your tendons are at risk.

Load up on the Magnesium and Vitamin C. Probably not together, unless you want to spend the whole day in the bathroom!

Hi Tree!

Thanks for stopping by. It's always nice to know that others are doing well. Hopefully your tendons will heal soon and allow you to go out, be active, and enjoy life fully.

Hey, Tree!

Are you taking any fluoroquinolones? They can cause great tendon problems.

Magnesium is good and you can take some potassium along with it to make it work better.

Hey hey Tree!

[hi] [hi] [hi]

Sooooooooooooo nice to see you!!!

Glad most of you is feeling better now! But, sorry the legs are a problem.

The bump you describe. Could it be lymph nodes? Do your feet swell? There is a lymph passage way in that area and if blocked it could make the lumps and bumps.

I have had problems with very painful shin splints (you know you can get them in 4 areas on the lower legs?) I am not running marathons, just trying to navigate around the house and I get them.

Anyhow, I am off to see the Wizard, so you have a wonderful day and know that it is GREAT to see you!!!!

Are you saying you only get the magnesium in a mega vitamin? This is not nearly enough.
