I have days when out of the blue its like I am under an attack I am soooooooooo sick. I couldn't get to a doctor if I had to.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason but I feel so bad I know I am dying.

Syptoms, feeling weak, fatigued, headache, blurry vision achy all over, horrible anxiety/depression and more its like my whole body shuts down. It is hard to even get up and go to the bath room.. I am wondering if this could be MCS. It is so horrible and unpredictable.

Now, on good days I never really feel good but am able to be up and do a few things, but when I have what I call an "attack" it is unexplainable..

Can anyone relate?

I get short periods of that as well. Can't get out of bed to save my life. Can't even turn my head to look at the clock near my head.

Tks. Jen, sorry to hear this.. Do you know or have a clue why this happens? Do you cry and get depressed for me it seems to go with it? Today I am a bit stronger can make it to the kitchen but the tears just keep coming and so does the weakness.

Hugs

I have days where I cry for absolutely no reason, or for the slightest causes. Then, being unable to get around just makes it all more depressing.

This is going to sound really weird, but sometimes eating a banana helps with the headaches and sometimes the fatigue for me. Someone mentioned they thought it was the sugar feeding the yeast, but if that were the case then the chocolate bar or other sweets would have helped, too. There's something about the makeup of a banana that helps me. Potassium? Although, coconut water doesn't help like a banana does and that's full of potassium.

The fatigue usually doesn't last longer than 2 to 3 days for me. Then I'm up and about - not a full strength, but good enough to get to work and sit at my desk. I'm lucky I don't have a job where I have to be active or else I would have lost it years ago.

Well.. I did lose a job back in 2000 because I was too fatigued to make it in. I forgot about that. Stupid brain. But, I had stayed home sleeping quite a bit then started working from home. Had a baby and then went back to work in 2006. Now that I know I have Lyme, I'm surprised that I didn't just keep getting worse. It all receded for a while but is now coming back in waves.

Oops - I'm babbling, sorry about that!

Thanks, steve1906!

phyl6648... do you have others living with you to make sure you get what you need on those days you're immobile?

Tks Steve. Jen, yes my husband lives with me but he works so a lot of time I am alone but so far can manage.

I am becoming so depressed. Thinking of trying an antidepressant but so many meds and still feel so bad.. Not sure to add another one.

I tried a banana but it didn't help.

hugs

lol, I had a feeling the banana was probably just something specific to me. It was worth a try, though :-)

I'm definitely not a doctor, but have you looked at the meds and/or supplements you're taking now? I know I have a problem if I take certain B vitamins - they make me horribly depressed. I'm talking suicidal depressed, not just a bad day depressed.

This happens to people with mold in the house.
with stachy f.e. it happens about every six weeks.

With parasite issues it also could happen like once a month, or when they are in your brain.

Malaria is also kicking in every 42 days as far as I know.

Some people have trouble with toxins. F.e. after aereal spraying.

Randibear, I don't like being in your world..lol
I do hope we can find another one.

Karenl, No mold in house been tested for everything.
Also I was tested by my LLMD No parasites , No toxins, and No co-infections that showed on three different test.. She was so surprised but I know we all have toxins..Even did the hair analysis , and blood sent to Igenex.

My ENT says I have a chronic sinus infection that is adding to my problems and when you ears and sinuses are infected it can cause the anxiety etc. I have been told so many things by different doctors..

Tks..for your replies and help.

Sinus infections & ear infections are primarily mold related.

There are very few doctors who have a test for mold in the body. There is one doctor in MI who has a urine test. That's the only one I know of.

My LLMD said there is no test for mold in the body.

So, I am assuming you mean your home was tested?

Some of the test kits are not as reliable as others. Like the petrie dish test... not so good. The deadliest molds are slow growing and will not grow in the petrie dish.

Tape lifts? Well, if you can't see it or smell it... you can't get any on a tape!

If it is in your walls, you will never see it or smell it but it can be affecting your health. That is what was happening to me and my family.

Have you ever done an air test?

When I had mine done I was amazed ---nah flabbergasted--- our stachybotrys counts were higher than high. There is a 0 tolerance for stachy because it is so toxic and we had 234,000 per square meter.

There is a website where you can rent the machine and do the air test yourself.

http://www.homemoldtestkit.com/

I haven't used them yet. We just tore out walls, floors, tub, and all the things around it that had any signs of mold on them. Now we will clean and hepa vacuum.

When my husband says he is done cleaning and BEFORE we start rebuilding... we are going to test the air again using this home mold test kit.

At least that's the plan right now.

I hope you find what is causing your symptoms. BTW, they sound a lot like mine, before I left my moldy home.

May health be with you!

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began.

(1999) Mayo Clinic Study Implicates Fungus As Cause Of Chronic Sinusitis

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/1999/09/990910080344.htm

I know this study is by Mayo Clinic... they are notoriously not helping people with LD. Surprise, surprise, they are not helping people with mold illness either. I think they are actually harming more people than they are helping.

From what I hear from other people suffering with mold illness, if you go into Mayo Clinic with a sinus infection, they will treat you with abx... which will add fuel to the fire because abx are made from mold and this contradicts their own study.

Yes, the house was tested not me.. It a new house well 11 yrs old we had it built and the only ones that have lived here.I am not sure what type of test were done all the ones even with new houses that have to be done .

When I leave the house is when I seem to get worse I really don't know. Oh, in fact I thought it might be the house that was causing me to feel so bad. A year ago and went and stayed in a nice hotel for a week..my mini vacation , not able to travel, and I was sicker spent my time in bed there..

I can't find any answers and have given up on doctors. Even my lyme doctor is not helpful..

Well, back to bed I go..

Tks. to all of you .
