I went away with my Family for the month of July.
While I was away someone broke into my home and stole my pain meds.
They were locked in the cabinet above my fridge, they unscrewed the master lock hinge and made off with about 58 oxy's.
I don't take them often, but it's nice to have them when needed!
Now my anxiety level is threw the roof and I am in pain and can't sleep.

Aww dang it. Did you file a police report? I suppose if you explain it to your doctor he/she might understand...especially if you have proof you were robbed...like a police report or pictures.
So sorry...what is this world coming too?
Hope it works out.

My Father is the sheriff, He already wrote up the report.
I'm not worried about another prescription I haven't had a refill in awhile.
I'm sure I will get another with no problem.
I'm only worried about people breaking into my home.
I'm not so sure I even want them in my house, even if I may need them.
Plus, I have no idea who did this. It had to be someone who knew me.
Not that Iv'e told anyone that I even had pain meds.
They must have assumed that I had something and found it.
Nothing else was taking. They were only looking for the pills I guess.
SAD!!!

Dang...does sound like an inside job to me. And your dad is the sheriff...boy, that takes guts. It will be okay...maybe an ADT home protection system would help?

That's really creepy that someone broke in just for that.
I'm sorry that happened to you.
