I was reading that Steve Kragthorpe, quarterbacks coach at Louisiana State University, was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's. His wife has MS. Makes you wonder.

We should have some type of standard letter that we can all print out and send to these people.
If all of a sudden they get 1000's of letters in Lyme green envelopes,,,that would certainly get there attention.
The people that could afford it could add a video copy of UOS.
Then we could pick one or two rich and famous people to also send this letter and a copy of UOS to on a monthly basis.
This is just so sad.

Nah... people are NEVER going to listen to us. They think we are a bunch of loonies!! My sister takes her family to Cape Cod for 2 weeks every year. Do you think she cares about ticks and try to protect her 3 little kids? NOPE! I sent the movie Under Our Skin, I sent You Tube Links, I sent articles, I even sent my medical bills. But she has nothing to do with them... in fact all it did was made her stop calling me. So now I talk to her twice a year. So sad. Every time I see a new article about how the Middlesex County has a significant increased cases of Lyme... and I cringed and worried for my nieces and nephew... but what can I do?
Recently I meet a young mom who was diagnosed with MS. Again I lend her my movie to watch. I just told her to keep an open mind and don't accept the MS diagnosis until she has explored other possibilities. Considering about 200 new cases of MS is diagnosed per week that is 10,400 per year. Compare that to the number of people with Lyme disease and you have to think the CHANCE of a person getting Lyme is infinitely higher than MS!! But yet I have 2 neighbors diagnosed w/ MS. And now this teacher. How is that possible??
