After spending 2 1/2 years bedridden from this disease I understand the struggle, fear and lonliness associated. I suggest to those who are very sick to start a journal of daily/weekly activity. Treatment can be slow and the journal will be a tool to look back and understand the improvements made from month to month and year to year. Sometimes it seems endless and a journal, however little you are able to write daily or weekly, is essential. It will help you see progress and understand the changes occuring. I hope this helps and am always available at [email protected]
Blessings, Trish
