I was so disappointed that Lyme disease is not on the zeitgeist at all!
We have a lot of work to do!
Let's make it a goal for 2012.
I am going to post this in activism. If any one here has marketing skills, or anything like that, please we need your help.
WE need to brainstorm ways that we can put Lyme disease on people's radar.
WE need to build lots of websites that explain Lyme disease.
Another thing that we could do, is all donate a little bit of money to Google to advertise a Lyme disease website.
I could do this on my own, but would only have, maybe $20 per month that I could afford to give.
When I experimented with my own blog, $20 only got me maybe 100 page view per month.
I once tried $100 advertising with Google, and I had 10,000 page views in a couple of weeks.
So, maybe if we hired these same moderators, or someone that we interview and trust, to run the website, and be in charge of collecting donations for advertising purposes then I am
sure that we could get on the Google Zeitgeist.
This is a health CRISIS, and no one even realizes it.
But yet, appendicitis is on the top 10 google zeitgist list!
Moderators, I know this is an activism issue, but I am not sure anyone really reads that page.
I understand if you have to move it.
But could you please keep a copy in General?
