I really cannot work outside my home right now due mainly to fatigue. I was wondering if anyone works from home and if you know of any legitimate online companies or work from home businesses?

I've done a lot of sales over the years.. from home.. though it did require getting out and dealing with the public. Was fun while it lasted!!
I also make jewelry and sell it on Etsy. That is not going very well. I do better just selling it here in shops.
You can sell 'vintage' stuff or supplies of all sorts there... all kinds of selling going on.

I do ...... I do!!!!! (work from home).
I sell metal and junk from the hippy garbage dump next door. I make enough to feed my hound dog who fetches solidified cow patties for me every day, which I recycle for kindling in the fireplace!

Jamers when i first got sick I could no longer work outside the home. My husband wanted me to do something so as to keep my sanity and still bring in an income.
I work for Arise. You can go to Arise.com for more info. You take a 2 week selfpaced course on customer service. When you pass you qualify for taking a course which lasts about 4 weeks. That course is specific for each company such as carnival cruise line or at&t.
You are self employed so you take your own taxes out. I have a dedicated phone line from verizon that costs me $15. month. You must have internet and a computer.
There is an initial investment in this that I recooped in my first pay check. That included my computer & headset.
I work a minimum of 10 hrs a week and some companies require 15 or 20. I love to be able to get up and go to my office in my pj's and work. I do not have to deal with nasty coworkers. If you would like anymore info I will be happy to share. You can private message me.
I have been doing this for 2 years now and it has been a blessing. There will always be people who complain about work but I feel you get out of it what you put in. It may not be the highest form of income but I work when I want, whatever hours I want and its an honest days pay. To me its cake to work from home and its not hard work at all.

Also these are incoming calls that come from the public who wish to place an order. There is no outbound cold calls which I wouldnt want to do.

Awesome, thank you all!
LymeToo-I wish I was talented enough to make and sell my own jewerly and art items! I am thinking of selling household items online though.
Garbagedump-Love it! My hound doesn't do anything but sleep on the couch!
JAC-That sounds like a great job! I will be looking into that and probably PMing you to ask more questions. That is exactly the type of work I need...very flexible.

Another website to check out for work from home is ratracerebellion.com that is where I originally got the website for arise.com. They are all good work from home sites. No scams there.
