Over 4,000 Lyme patients participated in LymeDisease.org's first survey -- the largest ever of Lyme patients -- and a prestigious public health journal published the results. Now we're doing another one. If you haven't taken it yet, please take a moment to share your views.

The patient perspective on Lyme treatment options is largely ignored by the medical establishment. With information from this important survey, we hope to change that! This survey is about patient values and preferences.
