i am a big fan of both eli and peyton. they're very nice guys.

if i were his wife, i'd be absolutely terrified of him breaking his neck. i don't really think he should do this.

i mean after all, he's fused for pete's sake. one hard sack and he's done for.

i wouldn't risk it. he can coach or do something but man, he's just asking for it, if he plays.

his momma better talk to him...

Hahah

My boyfriend and I are huge Colts fans. And last year I got him tickets to a game way before Peyton was hurt.

We still decided to go. The night before we went to Harry and Izzys a really nice resturant in downtown Indy.

We were waiting for his car and out popped Peyton Manning from the resturant. My boyfriend I got the pleasure of meeting him. A real class act. A real class guy all the way around.

A sad day for Indiannapolis, that's for sure.

I'm a lifelong Patriots fan, but I have the utmost respect for Peyton Manning. He is a true class act. If he feels he still has some playing time left and is healthy enough, I wish him the best of luck finding another championship-bound team. He deserves nothing less.

the press conference had me cryin like a baby,i kid you not. they were both crying. it is really sad. but he said at one point that we needed to keep this in perspective and our thoughts should be with the tornado victims. what a great guy.

I too am a huge Pats fan and started off hating Manning and the Colts. (still dislike the Colts!) But Manning has earned my respect and the respect of everyone. He's one of the classiest dudes in sports and that was a heartbreaking press conference. I truly hope we never have to see Belichick and Brady do anything like that! I cant even imagine!

As a football fan i hope he goes to MIA because i think it will be great theatre in the AFC East. As a Pats fan i hope he goes to the NFC (Seattle/Arizona).

I feel for you Colts fans... Know you had a great great run and a SuperBowl championship with one of the greats. Hopefully Mr Luck will bring many more years of greatness...

I read today that, after signing his 48 Million Dollar rookie contract, Peyton was asked about what he would do with all the money. His answer;

Earn it.

That he did.

I know, it was so sad I cried when I watched the press conference. My BF is born and rasied in Indy. He bleeds blue, and I developed my love for the colts bc of him. I love watching the games.

It was so amazing to meet Peyton in november. It was like a dream come true!

I just hopes he goes somewhere and does well and does not get hurt. That would suck alot. I will always be a Colt fan. However, I will root for Peyton as long as he doesnt go to the Jets.

I hope he goes to Miami or the Broncos. I would like Miami bc then I could go see him play in Bufalo or NJ. Being that I livbe in Albany NY.

It was so so sad, he really loves the INDY. He did not want to leave. He has done so much for that state. And that state loves him so much its incredible......

All good things have to come to an end though.
