This is live. You can see the parent or parents sitting in the nest. One chick hatched this morning!

Thanks Sammi!

I love birds..we have two ducks that think our pool is a pond...they swim on the cover cause its inground and has water from the rain in it. I feed them and watch them, its so calming to just sit and watch.

Oh geese. I thought the title of the post read "Live Oprey cam and thought I was gonna see Oprah Winfrey at her beach house on a web cam. [Roll Eyes] [bonk]

What can I say, other than it's late. Loved watching the birds.

Thanks Sammi

Check this out. It is a live webcam on a Great Blue Heron nest. There are 4 or 5 babies!

My mom told me about it last night. I pulled it up just in time to see the parent bird come and feed the babies. What a show!

The babies were all clacking their beaks and making squeaking noises. You could tell they were excited. It was so neat. Then they played around with each other afterwards. Really fun to watch.

Sammy, thanks for posting the new one..It guess the Lord doesn't have the need for restorative sleep needs in these birds..

Was just thinking about that cause my sleep is so crazy and I think Sat.
I got a few quit hours in a row of sleep..

I was semi-rested or felt stronger.. I wish it would last.. doesn't mean
I did more, just that
I felt more solid afterwords for a while..

Hope you are doing better... I have a PM out to you.. thanks
