1. I highly, highly recommend the bio-med troubleshooting document. I was just referring to it last night. It contains a wealth of information.

2. I'm really intrigued by Amy Scher. I'm so glad you posted it. I do believe that emotions and past experiences can play a big role, and I would like to pursue that at the same time as more traditional treatment.
