Yeah, saw that a while ago.
I cannot tolerate beef since having TBI's.
I am concerned about the bovine pericardium patch in the back of my head/brain. Had that put in as part of surgery when I thought I was TBI free but was not.

I have gone vegan and my symptoms have lessened a ton. I love meat, but I am feeling so much better. I am also gluten free, low fat, and sugar free.
I am starting to get more used to it, it was pretty hard at first. I would suggest giving it a try to see if you get relief.

I wonder how much it has to do with Lyme's effect on stomach acid. I know I had low stomach acid due to the disease, which allowed parasites to grow and made me have digestive issues. Acid is needed to digest meat.

This is interesting in what we are asked to do with the FL1953 bug. Veggie diet/low fat, no meats.
It's all coming together on why we feel better when we stick to the whole food way of eating.
