- Just wondering if you might consider not using any foundation? Maybe just a touch of blush and eye makeup now and then for a special occasion?
Be very careful with powders, though, as they can get into the sinuses and the lungs. Even if safe ingredients, you don't want to breathe any amount of particulate matter.
It took a while for my face to clear up but, now, with nothing at all, my skin is beautiful (if I do say so myself).
The skin really needs to breathe. It will be happier and likely clearer when it can do that. I feel so much better with a clean face.
Good luck. -

- I see in your signature that you write:
"CD57 - 192, Lyme not likely" (end quote)
I would never base diagnosis on the CD57. I hope you have been able to be assessed by a LLMD. -

I haven't worked in 6 years and don't wear foundation most of the time.
Unfortunately, my skin is pretty ruddy and I have significant acne scarring and hyperpigmentation.
I will be looking for work soon and mostly want foundation for job interviews and the occasional date night :-)
I am seeing an LLMD and he ordered the CD57. Since my symptoms aren't severe and finances are tight, we've decided to follow Klinghardt's order of treatment (parasites first, metals second, etc.) and see how I do. If we get to the bacteria step and I'm having symptoms, we'll treat then.
