I have attempted to contact Jenifer a couple of times regarding a change of contact information on a support group listing. She has not responded. It is important that this information get updated. I know Jenifer is busy and doesn't check her e-mails on a regular basis. Can anyone here contact her and ask her to respond? Or is there someone else who also updates that I can contact. I followed the protocol for changes. Thank you

It has now been well over a week since I tried contacting Jenifer about updating my contact information on my support group listings. It has also been over a week since Lymetoo said she would contact Jenifer for me. Still nothing has been updated. I understand people are busy but that seems like a long time for a moderator to be out of touch.
How do I get my information updated so people who need help can contact me?

You do realize the mods are volunteers, right?

It's also possible that Lymetoo is away - if so, maybe try contacting sixgoofykids?

Quite a bit of the support group listing needs updating. Maybe there needs to be a volunteer moderator who only does that part of the job.

Yep, I've been away. All we can do is contact Jenifer or LouB. We are not currently able to change the support group info ourselves.

I will check into this again.

Thanks Lymetoo. I do understand that the moderators are volunteers. That's why I waited for more than a week before inquiring again. Sorry to be the squeaky wheel. The contact info has been updated so thank you for you help.
