Dear <<<<< Lyme Family >>>>>,

Still in shock, we lost a dear friend yesterday. Her Aunt is still a dear friend, and is so devastated right now.

TxCoord had the privilege of working w/ our friend who passed, for a time. She was only 28,and left a three year old behind. Trying to wrap our heads around this all... my heart aches so very much...

Hi <<<<< Lymetoo, linny123,and LymeFamily >>>>>,

Thank you for prayers and condolences.

Please, please, please, please, please, if you or someone you care about,is troubled,or in disagreement...Don't let it turn to drinking and violence.

Li was trying to help her young family, Eno objected to her getting a job to help out...instead of talking things out...he went on a drinking spree came home early in the morning and shot Li,three times, as she slept.

Three year old K, was found hiding under her bed sobbing, family and friends are so heart broken over this senseless violence. So frightening...no one had any idea He would do something so horrible.

Didn't know this husband ,but I know many of the family members, and they just weren't the drink and carouse type.

Our friends family has suffered many things, and now this...don't know how much more they can handle.

Eno, killed himself after he murdered Li it was so senseless... Little K is left w/o her Momma a family is left w/ a vivacious young life stolen from them.

Again,in times of hardship, find someone to talk things thru with...Please. It feels as if we've been slammed in the chest...

What made it even more heart rending,is some nosy-newser-nitwits without all the facts, where speculating on who was the murderer and who was the suicide.

And here is a devastated family, and small town community trying to make some sort of sense of this horror,

it is a nightmare all to real.

Silverwolfi sorrowing

man, i am so sorry.

husband had an abusive stepbrother. his wife finally got out. we warned her not to marry him but she wouldn't listen.

he ended up in a nursing home, burned out on drugs and alcohol, incoherent, a vegetable.

i feel for the baby. hopefully there will be good family to take her.

i'll be thinking of you and the baby.

Hey <<<<< randibear >>>>>,

Glad that the gal got away from that abusive stepbrother. The violence is so senseless, everyone here is so shocked, no one expected Eno to do such a thing.

Little K, is going to stay in our prayers. I hope someone w/in the rest of the family can help to raise her. This precious extended family has gone thru some really horrible trials.

Serious illnesses, stroke, emergency life saving surgeries because of a genetic anomaly that causes severe kidney problems [no one seems to know who will be struck by it..

A freak accident that left our good friend [ Li's Aunt ]in a body cast for months some years ago.

Sometimes when TxC' and I feel bad about all the illness, surgeries and family sadness, we remember our friends family as well. They've been thru so many awful and frightening situations.

Please continue to remember little K and this family in prayer, and especially for her to find a safe loving home.

Li's funeral will be this weekend.

Silverwolfi sad

Silverwolf -

What a terrible terrible story! My heart goes out to the little one, and the family!

Domestic abuse is still cloaked in secrecy in this country, even though it lurks in dark corners all around our neighborhoods. Our Congress has just cut funding for "safe houses" which I find is a complete abomination! We had a similar tragedy in my small town about 3 years ago. Completely senseless.

Few words can offer comfort at such a tragic time... but I'm sure your friends will appreciate your empathy. Just know that this young woman is in perfect peace now, and that she has left a living legacy, that her family will cherish, always. Sending prayers for your strength and comfort, as we wait in hopeful expectation of His perfection to reign in this world.

OH Silverwolf, I had no idea. I just sent you a PM on the other things we were talking about. There are some scriptures that will help. Let me know if you want more at this time. My heart goes out to you and please pray for endurance and to cope with this.

Hi there <<<<< AuntyLynn, Bugsy, 'n Dekrator >>>>>

Thank You for the replies, TxCoord will go to the funeral this weekend.

I cannot go because of health issues, but I will be praying. And visiting by phone if any need to talk.

We aren't,of course, giving all the details, as we are protecting the privacy of this family. We identify w/ them on so many levels, having had a murder occur in our family years back.

For clarity, tho', My friends family, has the genetic anomaly w/ kidney issues. And one of them is fighting the effects of military service related stroke.

Again there are so many parallels. TxCoords stroke was a bit different, than our friends, and our kidney struggles have been different. But I think it gives us some understanding.

We appreciate the prayers and condolences, the whole community and surrounding areas are saddened by this needless, senseless awful event.

And we are still concerned about little 'K', praying for her peace of mind. And for a safe home to be found for her,as soon as possible. It's a good family, and they will fight to keep little 'K' safe and well loved.

All who have lost parents, loved ones, and close friends ,know we cannot replace a Momma, but we can extend love and hope to those who have lost parents.

Thanks again so much for the replies. I still find myself crying over anything and everything. I am praying for my friends-Li's Family- to have peace and comfort in this most difficult time.

Thank you all for your care and concern. It was hard to see someone who's life has been ended before its time by a selfish motive.

It was good to reconnect with our friends and meet the family and to let them know that I knew their daughter/sister/aunt and how hard she fought to get to where she was.

I am still just a little blue over this.

Hi there <<<<< Lymetoo and sammy >>>>>,

Thanks for the commiserations, we haven't had any recent updates...still hoping to hear little 'K' got to stay w/in the family.

So much is still unknown about why this all happened.

Apologies for not being around much lately... ABX side affects, and a sinus infection w/ some complications. I'm not quite w/it right now.

That's just awful.
I have a friend, used to be a very close friend, who recently lost her daughter in a car accident.
She was in her 20's. No children, but my friend is devastated. I can't even imagine..
There are no words.
