Dodged the bullet here! [Smile]

Pretty windy, with accompanying downpour just after 5 pm - lost power for some inexplicable reason at 10 pm. But it was restored 30 min. later.

Since I was in Western Mass. when that E3 tore across 32 miles last June (2011), it ripped by us less than a mile away, and satisfied any curiosity I might have had about tornadoes!

I was glued to the warnings all day yesterday. Hope to never have that experience again.

An E3.. amazing for that area!! (oh, 2011)

OH yes, we're fine. We had stormy winds .. maybe 60 mph and light hail. About 8-10 miles from us they had golf ball sized hail.

Got some nice rains... finally!!! [Smile]

PS.. we lost power several times Friday and Saturday. One time it was out about 30 min. Rare for us.

YAY for the RAIN!!!

I don't think there's anything more miserable than a drought! You'll be amazed at how quickly the grass will respond.

BTW, beautiful clear day here, in the high 70s all day today, started thinking about running out for groceries ... and it's raining again!

We got off easy - got windy and finally, rainy! But just for a while. We lost power for about 5 hours, but it started even before the storms came through - I have no idea why...
