Hi, I just got my denial letter from SSD. Wondering how to pick an atty to pursue my claim.

Considering Binder & Binder, or Berger & Green.

Feedback? I'm in Pittsburgh area.

Also consider looking at representative options at NADR.org.

Go to the "Support Group" links on the left of this page.

Then go to Pennsyvania. You will receive contact info and these groups should be able to point you in the direction of a good attorney.

I really haven't heard much good about Binder and Binder.

Have heard good things about Allsup.

But honestly, a good local attorney might be best because they know the local judges and what the judges are looking for.

Also, look at the website "Disability Secrets".

Also, the website of Scott Davis, disability attorney in Arizona has LOTS OF GOOD info on winning disability cases.

Good Luck.
