Saw my LLMD today for second visit, IGeneX Lyme IgC came back positive (multiple bands).
Now I have a sense of relief in knowing what I'm fighting & a game plan. So appreciative of the friends who pushed me (& my hubby) to seek out a LLMD before trying another specialty type.

- Do you mean IgG? (IgC was typed and I've never heard of that).
So glad you have a LLMD. Good luck. -

Thanks all. I was also diagnosed with Mycoplasma and Bartonella FISH was negative, but we're treating symptomatically.
It was IgG positive on multiple bands. First week of oral meds went okay. Had some mild issues the first few days, then did okay. Still learning my limits with energy level, I don't wear out the same way as before antibiotics.
Week 2 didn't go as smooth as week 1. Started new antibiotic-2nd day had to call LLMD. Gameplan adjusted. We think I had a touch of a stomach virus about 12 hours before hubby got it. Hoping that was all. First tweek to the gameplan but it's a process.
I know I've seen a HERX post for newbies but can't locate it now. Can someone direct me to that please? Thanks!

fieldbredESS - I'm here with you, guess we'll be going through this journey at the same time. I was DX'd on 10th.
This forum has been wonderful! They have answered all my questions! LD has me asking some really strange questions. Searching through the old messages helps also.
Keebler - thx for the herx info - going to check it out now.
