Hi everyone...I feel silly posting something like this, but its another little piece of positivity and with all the pain that I and so many are going through on this board right now, I thought it might be OK to put this up.
Today was my birthday, and I had a small get together that included my fiance, my dad, my best friend, her dad who is like a second father to me, and a few other friends and family. It was so wonderful to be with so many people that love me. I also had a huge slice of birthday cake and it was kind of the best thing that I have ever eaten ha.
I do not know what the 32nd year of my life has in store for me. I expect many more months of difficulty and illness, but tonight was a reminder that as horrible as things are, there are uncommonly beautiful things happening now in my life too.
Thanks again to everyone on here for the support. I wish us all better days ahead. Jess.

So glad you enjoyed your birthday!
Feeling positive can help with healing, so it is important that you celebrated like that!
