ived actually been in and out of wc for years

lately more often but i have been stressed mentally and physically

i slept well last night but once in night i couldnt even take the few steps to bathroom

then i got up at 9 feeling pretty good except i really cant walk

ive done what i usually do...coq10 and fishoil seem to be the most impt things...and slowly moving and then i can walk

not today

house is not wc ready so i have been trying to clear wide path and know if i can walk i need to make house better...

shoot. not sure what to do except rest, take care of myself, and wait... shoot.

When the body screams rest, listen. Better days will come. Big challenge when that happens is to pace ourselves so we don't spiral down again.

All easier said than done.

lpkayak, have you considered treating your spin with pulsed electromagnetic therapy?
The SOTA Magnetic Pulser is simple and noninvasive.

Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields influence cell behavior by inducing electrical changes around and within the cell.
Improved blood supply increases the oxygen pressure, activating and regenerating cells.

Improved calcium transport increases absorption of calcium in bones and improves the quality of cartilage in joints, decreasing pain dramatically. Acute and even chronic pain may disappear completely.

It can get worse at any moment in time. Discs are very delicate. Please be careful until you KNOW what is going on.
