Is neurological lyme only treatable from IV antibiotics? Or can it be treated through oral antibiotics? I'm assuming I have neurological lyme sense I got Bell's Palsy and for the last 4 years have had muscle twitches, degenerating eyesight, numbness/ loss of feeling in neck, face, arms, legs, torso. Going to start getting treated ASAP just trying to find a suitable LLMD. Also I feel I also might have invaded my heart. At different points I get a rush feeling in my chest and it pumps too big beats that I can feel immensely. I'm only 24 but I due take high blood pressure meds and I'm "obese" 6"5 350 pounds. So I'm not sure if that's the lyme or my weight/blood pressure meds.

Thanks to all who reply.
