I just want to share some frustration. I have two doc's who are totally supporting my private disability claim.

I've been denied because my subjective symptoms are not supported medically or clinically.

My lyme test is a false positive.

Fight it. Get a lawyer that gets paid if you win the case. Just make sure you and your lawyer have all your i's dotted and t's crossed.

All LTD insurance carriers are CROOKS. Their profits and bonuses are based on denials, anyway they can. Great thing is....a case judge can see right thru their pathetic ways.

Lyme test is a false positive? Is that the claim of the insurance carrier?

Don't know what state you are in, but try googling "long term disability law your state." Obviously, you plug in the name of your state in the line. I did this just now and came up with names for several states. Quite a few in my state.

I've made many calls thru web listings. No one seems to want private ins cases. Not sure why. Seems odd to me
