MADDOG I had no idea how poisonous it was until I cut it out 100%. Initially, I just did it to lose a little bit of weight. Well, when I accidentally added it back in (via a lotion I'd rubbed all over my body), a few days later all heck broke lose!
My joints were aching like I'd aged 30 years and I got hives all over my body that lasted for a month. My hands felt like they were going crippled.
As of the past 40 years or so the wheat has been "hybridized" and isn't the same as they used back in the day. So "modern" wheat is what's bad. They try to make it as cheap as possible to cure world hunger, or whatever the reason and we suffered the consequences.

From what I've heard, getting off of it has helped other people with their joint pain, too
