Why do we have to go through this?

I feel like I can barely even communicate the unique torture that Lyme dishes out.

My mom, my GF... they are all just scared.

If I start to relay my inner world to people, they just withdraw.

At times I feel like my mind and coordination are melting.

I also have lingering paranoia about being labelled with "somatization disorder" based on a history of so many skeptical doctors.

I feel traumatized by how many of those a**holes just shrugged it off and sent me home.

Sorry for the rant, but as I'm sure you all know it goes on and on around in circles in my head.

Frustrations just pile up...
*hitty doctors
*hitty insurance companies
*hitty Lyme politics

Our whole healthcare system needs some serious help. Just transferring health records can needlessly taxing and time consuming- (hello!? computers, internet, scanners, 21rst century?)

Why do we have a system where chronically ill people have to show up in person to do everything?

What happened to doctors who show up to your house?

Why do we not have clinics where we can convalesce?

How can so many doctors not even seem to be able to believe in this disease?

Why is it that everytime I've been to the ER the docs seem skeptical that there is even anything wrong with me? Even before they examine me? o_0

Again, sorry for the rant, but I know you all probably feel some of what I am saying.

"How can so many doctors not even seem to be able to believe in this disease? "

Docs are warned that lyme patients with chronic lyme symptoms simply want to have lyme. They've linked us in with workers comp patients and think we're making it up, and want to be sick, so we're making ourselves ill. They've basically failed us all (idiots).

Hopefully the elderly men who wrote the original guidelines will die off and there will be a re-evaluation at the IDSA soon.

They've killed too many people and ruined too many lives, including mine.

I believe a major source of the problem is with insurance lobbyists. What we see when we go to the ER or a hospital is just the trickle down effect from the insurance companies paying off Washington.

This disease is beyond devastating and the frustration that comes with being called a fraud while your sick is even worse.

It's complete BS when you do everything right, pay your taxes, pay your health insurance, try to do things the right way....and get sh_t on when you need to call back on those resources.

All the more reason to sign the petitions, speak to people who are even mildly interested in lyme disease, and stand up for yourself in the dr's office when they say your full of it.

I agree completely with Droid. I edit mainly political pieces and I can tell you that the insurance lobbyists in Washington absolutely OWN the politicians that are currently in office. It absolutely affects all of our treatment as a result.

I also agree that the ONLY resource that we have at our disposal right now are our collective voices rising up in a chorus against this injustice. We need to be activists. We need to sign petitions, send emails, educate those who would dismiss us because of their ignorance about the utter devastation of TBD.

Jess.

Humana doesn't have a marble corporate office with a waterfall going down the side of it because they care about paying claims, that's for sure.

Makes me want to vomit. How many patients were denied care to make up that $60,084,501???

http://www.michaelgraves.com/architecture/project/the-humana-building.html#

"The $60,084,501 million tower featured a large open-air terrace on the 25th floor that cantilevered from the tower and over Main Street to provide panoramic views of the Ohio River. A curving waterfall was constructed on both sides of the primary entrance to Humana."

When the Medical Mafia know over 80% of the pop.s are infected and still refuse to help the people---

I call it WAR!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRQ-NhEkLXU&feature=youtu.be

They have garnered "ETHICAL" Approval after traveling the country for a yr. to give everyone Anthrax and Smallpox vaccines knowing those antigens WILL fold into the gene shareing stealth that is Spirochetal Disease.

Simply because the Medical Mafia do NOT want to use OUR Tax Dollars to fix the masses they infected in the first place.

They worked very well in the 22 US soldiers killing themselves a day with no clue why.

They KNEW where the real cause of AIDS came from and they did NOTHING to stop the pandemic of syndromes that is now AUTISM at 1 in 29 and Hundreds of other syndromes of LIES.

http://vimeo.com/9581140
The criminals mesmerized the public with words like "IMMORTAL" to use infected vaccines made from a woman's cells that had spirochetal disease.

And when we tolerized infections in the REAL seronegative AIDS instead of dropping us the IDSA criminals tried and tried again with lies of LYME vaccines called OSPA. Whatever they thought that was.

The truth is and they knew it---is that spirochetes have the antigenic variation from Hades and it matters NOT what it shares its genes with.

As evidenced by the masses who suffer spirochetal disease called Morgellons. Which is nothing more than JUNK DNA attached to the spirochetal prion proteins they gave us all.
http://www.morgellons-research.org/morgellons/morgellons-microscop3.htm

We kill all the infections to keep our lives, and stop the pandemic to save man and beast.
