I asked my hair stylist about this a couple years ago. She said it is great for cleaning the hair of all the build up from sprays, gels etc.....but if you are using hair coloring?
It would also strip away the coloring. She said it's okay to use rarely for good cleaning with hair coloring. But if you are a natural, it's wonderful.
