I'm frustrated, tired, stressed, sad.

Most days I feel like no one gets it [bonk]

I feel like feeling normal is a thing of the past. I recently ran into a friend who said she ended up passing yeast to her kids during pregnancy. Does anyone else feel this way?

I wonder how long I have carried this yeast issue.

My kids are 22,21 and 19

One with Asperger and the other two anxiety, GI issues

There is a great support group on Facebook called Body Ecology Diet Support group. You may want to check into it!

Get after the yeast because it can make you really really sick.
