Handheld mirror all the way. My neck just doesn't turn much anymore.
It's like that show Death Becomes Her.
I feel like I need to pull my head up and unwind my neck so my head spins like a top. Haha

the mirror didn't work well I couldn't coordinate holding it moving my neck and then it was dark I even tried to take a picture someone gave me that idea but actually the thieves oil seems to have Idone the trick it stopped itching and I'm on doxy so it's one thing I don't think about much anymore
