I cant go to an emergency room because there will be people there with colds and flu.

I have no natural killer cells left,I catch things very easy.

The lady plowed into the back of me in a wreck last tuesday and screwed up my back.

my back sort of went back in but is still sore I cant run my leaf blower or lift anything ouch!!

I called my regular doctor he is booked up, i will get in a week from tomorrow.

My chiro. wants to know who is going to pay him.

My phisical therapist wants an insurance number from the ladys car ins so she gets paid.

I called the ladys ins company they wont pay anyone unless i sign a agreement that I get very little and and they are off the hook in two months.

I am so screwed!!!

Should I just get a big lawyer and sue the crap out of them????

Lawyer...sometimes a well worded letter on a law firms letterhead can work wonders to the insurance company, don't sign anything without lawyer approval.

Yes, call one of those nasty lawyers! ("nasty" meaning those who go after the ins companies)

I hope they will take your case. I've often wondered if they will take small claims.

Get help somewhere!

yes-one of the nasty ones helped me once when i was rear ended. i was stopped cuz car in front was turning left. the car that hit me never braked...it was teenagers with radio blaring...THEY GOT A LAWYER AND STILL TRIED TO FIGHT IT...THEY MADE UP A BIG STORY...

u cant trust anyone. this world isnt the way it was. those lawyers dont ask for money up front...

as for doc...for you...that is harder. none of us know what you really need...but twice i got whiplash and both times i was told to lie down a lot, use ice, and get to chiro asap (once it was a 3 day snow storm)

im thinking you need to put yard care on hold and baby yourself---if for no other reason so you can tell the lawyer you have been resting...the other lawyer will try to say you hurt yourself AFTER the accident...

really...the lawyer stuff today is so crazy if you grew up being taught about honesty

Listen to momindeep- have had to have a lawyer send nasty letters several times in my life- it often does the trick and if not, well, let the lawyer work!

Do you have any muscle relaxers on hand?

the nasty ones wont take your case unless they are pretty sure you will win...first appt will be free

(cant believe im advocating for the "nasty"one)

but in this case it can work

finding a "good" lawyer is something i have not been able to do...and i am a "good" person

-raised 2 boys on $25. a month child support (got thrown out of court on tech)
-not reimbursed for house that i bought that had furnace that turned on...it didnt matter it was wrong furnace and didnt heat house
-no help with this house with tons of mold covered up...

you're probably better off finding a lawyer who plays golf with the right people than finding a good one.

As long as you have a good case, the lawyer will take your case "on contingency," meaning that they get paid a percentage of the settlement/amount won. You sign an agreement with the lawyer.

Don't sign for the lawyer to get more than 33.33% (1/3 of the money minus expenses)! They will want to ask for more, but insist on the lawyer getting no more than that.

You MUST get treatment! Because you need it. Plus, it's important for your lawsuit, which is necessary to file, so you get paid properly and get treatment.

Don't let this horrible insurance company push you around like that. Let the lawyer do the pushing.

You may NOT want to but you know what you HAVE to do.

You MUST rob the hip national bank for funds enuf to get fixed up.

Go to the chiro and ask how much to fix me if I pay cash??? You will be surprised how much they knock off for your green paper

You will get all better in 3 or 4 visits or less if you hurry,,,dont let it out of place long.

I got a chiro to put my shoulder back in place for 50 bucks cash,,,was well worth it cause it hurt like mad. And took two visits

Get-er done and add it up later,
