Short segment, wasn't really impressed, I guess some will say better than nothing.

I think Doctor Phil episode was a lot better, deeper discussion.

Was expecting more of a heated debate like what some forum member said on here.

But did anyone catch "coming up, debate on chronic Lyme" and then nothing showed. They just jumped to Daniel Radcliffe.

Maybe that was the heated debate and they cut that segment out? Just wondering, because I saw "coming up part" and nothing showed???

I absolutely did not like how Halperin said ID doctors will test for all the various coinfections and that the tests are accurate. It was good to see Dr. H come back hit him with the fact that these tests are inaccurate and that ELISA tests for one strain of lyme.

Fact of the matter is, if the CDC is getting the first word in and saying 2 to 4 weeks manufacturing is going to cure, that is not good.

Everyone knows this disease needs deeper discussion and have both sides talking about it at the "same time!"

It's a start yes, but I feel the start were at right now with this Disease on TV should've been 10 years ago.

It was good to see them show how celebrities get it and its very common, I did like that part.

Yes, I saw that too! I sat though the rest of the show thinking maybe they were airing it later, which would have made no sense.

Does anybody know if something really was left out?

There was absolutely something left out. The interview was so brief it was over before it started. It had a very cut/paste feel.

It was weird because I saw the same thing: The announcer said "coming up" and it showed Katie asking the ID guy something about chronic Lyme. Then Harry Potter was on after the commercial.

So I assumed she would come back to it at the end of the show. Very disjointed.

Even the previews showed Katie asking Dr H something saying "some people think you're a quack for even coming up with that word". I don't think that aired either.

I caught that, too. I stayed for the rest of the show and was bummed out that there wasn't a debate.

The topic seems too hot to touch. Nobody wants to go with this to the fullest.

I was very disappointed, as I thought it would be an hour-long show! I agree with others that parts were missing.

Hopefully someone from the lyme world was in the audience and will share some of what happened.

I thought I seen smoke coming out of DR H ears. It's a good thing I'm not a gun owner. I would have shot up the TV yesterday.

When I see someone that is suppose to be highly educated spilling such lies about lyme.....it makes me wonder what in the heck are you guys trying to hide. Nothing else makes sense.

I believe with all my heart there is something that is being covered up. I've watched and listened for 15 yrs and something stinks gang.

Hi guys ..... when they said they would be right back with the debate, they said it would be online.

Well I saw Dr. H. on Tuesday and he told me that he was told by the producers that they were only going to air a very small segment. He said it was actually a lengthy discussion. Also said the a-hole doc called him a "quack". So yeah, things did get heated but was not aired.
