Been along time between posts, friends! I thought I'd break the ice with a little humor.
I can't believe it. I blew it on apple pie, pecan pie, banana pudding & brownies. Ohhhhh no. I've been nearly free of joint pain since I changed my diet a few months ago cutting out the white bread and dairy. Lost 16 lbs in the process, great work.
And now, this. Colon blow, here I come!

My teeth were zinging just thinking about banana pudding and brownies.
Hey, if you're going to give in to temptation, chocolate is always a great choice, IMO.

I was bad too. But my body was forgiving and did a colon cleanse for me this morning. I know too much info.
But it was a free one and for that I'm thankful. Usually nothing comes cheap with this illness.
