Able to get a break last night after taking sleeping med combo.

Woke this am with the inflamation/pressure back.

Praying it lets up soon.

Typing with eyes closed.

It was manageable yestrday for the most part. And did not get over the top.

But, thoughts of finding apeaceful, painless way to end things still opped in my head.

I know when this is gone, I will be back to fighting the good fight.

I just need to wait it out.

2:54 am. I think I am OK now. Just not able to sleep.

Woke up too hot and thinking death would be better around 11:00 pm ish.

But, Ok now as long as I just lie here and don't try and do anything.

Crisis over...prayfully.

I know it is in the high 20's out and I don't use the heater so not sure what th etmep is inside.

But, the heat wave and whatever was going on in my intestines have calmed down as long as I stay still.

Thank you for hhelping me get thru this once again.

9:00 am. It is back. Laying on ice pack. Sprayed head with the intense muscle spray.

Praying it stays manageable

There are dissolve under the tongue kinds.

Sometimes Gravol helps me with the rolling ground feeling when I have brain pain.

How in the world you do ice packs? I can't do ice to aches, pains or injuries. I know that's what today chiro, sports injury experts recommend...

but I can't handle ice on my body. I've tried it and it was not good. I can do heat and my body responds to heat.

Kam, have you been able to find anything in Dr H book in reference to these horrible head/brain inflammation episodes you have?

I had that Sunday, but there was a huge cold front moving in our area. My brain literally feels like it is trying to expand inside my skull.

This is a typical reaction to weather systems that I have winter, spring, summer or fall. Body inflammation also, but the head is the worse.

It doesn't keep me from falling asleep, sometimes takes longer but my body will eventually die off.

Prayers Kam!

Pam

Got up to get an ice pack and forgot why I got up until I was back down.

Getting back up is not a good idea right now so resting and then I will try again.
