So, I have discovered that I feel so much better when I take magnesium, but it almost always gives me loose stools.
Is there a source out there that we can take that doesn't cause this?
Thanks.

Magnesium malate or magnesium bisglycinate doesn't bother my stomach.
Also, do you take it all in one go, or space the pills throughout the day?
I find if I take no more than 250mg elemental mag each time it is easier to digest

Yes, be sure to avoid mag oxide. Mag glycinate or malate are good. There's also a taurate.
Citrate is better than oxide but could cause loose stools too.
ReMag does not cause loose stools.

The stuff I have is Mg taurate, 125mg capsules. One or two and I'm off to the loo.
Will look into the things you have suggested. Thanks.
