Hello.

i hope i get some advice i have not been lucky with support sites. My mental and cognitive functions have been steadily declining and i have positive western blot for Lyme. I am,seeing a Lyme doc in VA. I have tricare military insurance. My memory is during and my spirit is are crushed. I am 22 yr old unemployed emergency medical technician. I i don't recognize surroundings. IM overall a mess.

what do i do. Is there better doc that's maybe accepts insc.

any help

Great if someone here knows of a Lyme doc taking your insurance. Most don't take insurance.

The Lymelight Foundation in CA gives grants up to age 25 or 26. Google them and you can apply.

Sorry about this. If you have had this several years, treatment is going to take time. And as Robin said, most lyme docs do not take insurance. There is a yahoo military lyme group you could join, maybe learn more about tricare as it applies to lyme patients. Don't know how active they are.

BTW, only the names of states are allowed here to identify docs, not towns. Could you please edit your post to remove that name? Click on the little paper and pencil to edit. Thanks.
