I want to answer PM's but am not able currently.

It is hot here, almost 30 degrees C and my brain is frying.

Will answer as soon as I am able. Need to get a cooling vest.

Get to it when you can!! [Smile]

Hope it cools off soon!!! I just chatted with someone today who is in Huntington Beach, CA... It was 100 degrees at 3:30 there.

Can't believe it's that hot on the West Coast! We barely hit 50 degrees here in the Midwest today.

Tomorrow at our home it is supposed to be 100..... Groan

Summer just started!

Greta I put ice packs on the back if my neck and around my wrists- helps a little.

When Lyme was at its peak in me I walked around like a humid waterfall. Wet hair, a real beauty.

Hi Greta--I was just about to send you a PM, so I'll hold off. Just wanted to say hi and see how you're doing.

Went to the public pool that night to cool off my body.

Musta done too much.

Have a head cold-first time in 18 months.

Feels weird to have a "normal" person experience like a cold haha.

Hugs to everyone. I am OK just ticking along here trying to be sure I eat more.

Heat really does a number on me.

I know what you mean about wet hair. Got a haircut to get it chopped shrt. Off my neck and face now. Feels better significantly.

Hugs and prayers to everyone.

I am in a pool of my own sweat haha. Disgusting.

Imagine us with sprinkler heads attached at the top of our head and a few spread around the head.

Without warning, the sprinklers go on. Water is spraying out, then suddenly stops.

The already overheated body begins to create a sauna effect. If you look close you can see the warm air surrounding the damp obnoxious hairs that are now clinging to your neck....

Next week friends, we will explore the addition of hot flashes that randomly occur, even though it has been over 25 years since the tranny got pulled ( hysterectomy from the word hysteria)

With this cheerful post I send you Greta fresh cool breezes in your dreams.

In a bad place still.

Haven't slept in two days. Barely slept all week.

Head cold has moved to chest.

In Bartonella land.
-fighting impulsive urges for destructive behaviour. (bingeing, purging, alcohol bingeing, nympho type behaviors, law breaking behaviours, behaviours that could cause harm or death to myself)
-am not doing any of the above currently but am fighting it every moment.

In no head space to help others or answer PMs.

I am afraid I will lose what little control I have if I expend any energy on anything.

If anyone has some spare prayers could sure use some now.
