I need a diet program. I'm not loosing even tho I eat very little. could be thyroid I guess.
but I don't have the money to have alot of stuff done right now.
years ago, before I knew I had lyme, I did nutrisystem. that stuff blew my gallbladder out and I ended up in the hospital with liver problems too. never again.
I've heard weight watchers is a healthy diet that you can eat regular food.
does anybody know anything a bout it?

Hi Randi--I do Weigh****chers, and I eat the same Lyme diet as my husband. You can eat whatever food you want, but the system encourages you to eat high fiber, high protein, low carb, low fat foods by giving these low points values.
After you've worked out how many points are in the foods you normally eat, counting them isn't a big deal.
High protein + high fiber = not hungry! You have a range of points: you don't have to keep to the minimum.
You can eat very healthily. Vegetables are "free," and so are 2 fruits a day.
It works best if you can walk every day--even a little.
It's probably best not to change your whole eating routine all at once, though--introduce 1 change per day, or over 2 days, so that your body can adapt.
