It has passed the Senate - in May and just passed the House last week. It goes back to the Senate first and then to the House for a concurrent vote (that should be soon) and then on to the Gov. for signing into law.
I think it has a good chance. Sure hope so! Ann - OH

Glad to see PA doing this. I grew up in PA and still live in PA only a few miles from Maryland and WV. I got infected somewhere in the tri-state area!
It is good to see that they should be educated the medical world and hopefully a short round of antibiotics for anyone who comes in saying they had a tick bite.
