Expert? What a crock! It was Dr. Willy Burgdorfer a scientist who discovered the spiral shaped organism.
Take a look at all the comments on this article. I'm not the only one who thinks it's a crock!

Your comment are well appreciated. Dr. Burgdorfer is the doctor who discovered lyme, borrelia burgdorferi -- it's named after him.
