Despite continued scientific evidence that Lyme disease can persist after initial treatment, doctors who will treat persistent Lyme are targeted by costly disciplinary board investigations which can lead to the loss of their licenses.
A bill to stop this harassment has been passed by the legislature and is on the way to Governor Cuomo. Please help Lyme patients get this bill signed into law.
PLEASE REMEMBER to type a sentence or two into the optional "opening comments" box on the top left or it won't be counted as a letter. Use either your own experience with Lyme or that of a person you know or just your desire for medical freedom.

Thx for your advocacy - we've got this covered here in Medical - see Abxnomore thread - moving to General Support -
From now on, the mods are going to keep Medical Questions for as such. Anyone can post a thread there alerting folks to action items, and post the link to the discussion thread in Activism or General Support, which Abxnomore has done.
And we are writing our letters! Just wrote mine. Who else hasn't done so yet?!
