I think it would be a good idea to keep track of that too.
Maybe CALDA or Lyme Disease something...sorry can't recall their new web site and FB page
use to be CA Lyme Disease Assoc.
Now Lyme disease Organization??
CA does..after that I have lost track of which states have pased laws.
Az doesn't.

The thing is those laws are not all the same. For instance, VA has a law that tells doctors they must inform patients about false negative testing. No protection for lyme docs though. VT should be on that list, not sure the details on their law. MN decided to have a moratorium on investigating lyme docs for longterm treatment, several years ago, but it will sunset.
RI has a law but a doc there is still being investigated, unlawfully apparently. They can still find ways to get around laws.

CA got its protection law passed in 2005 and CALDA became www.lymedisease.org a couple years ago.

None of them will be for long if they take down NY. Doc H is in NY and he is our biggest advocate. If he goes, good luck. Please go to activism and fight. Your vote counts even if you don't live in NY.
