A local news station ran story on lyme and he was patients' LLMD. Don't have problem w/naming him as he calls himself an LLMD and was on video and extras on their website. (He also wrote a new book on it).

He is highly respected in the lyme arena. Last I heard though, he was no longer taking on new patients (swamped). You could always try calling though. He is also a NY doc.

As I mentioned, I don't know how long this patient of his has been under treatment f/this doc, but he is still in a wheelchair and cannot chew or speak. Video says he's been sick for 6 years.
Mad me so sad, a young man really. I've had lyme & Co's for 22 years-only diagnosed 5 year ago...guess that's why LLMD I went to (who was a founder of ILADS), told me that I had hit the motherload of TB infections and told me I would have to be on ABX for the rest of my life...no improvement guaranteed.
sigh...hope guy gets better.
Guess I'll just have to wait to see if patient has improvement. Also, a bit skeptical as this doc has a "new book" out...I need proof his care works, but that's just me.

You could buy the book yourself (or see if your local library can get it), and read it.

I think he has enough money and I have spent all of mine Surprise. Besides, nothing he said in the interview is a surprise to me.
I have all of the knowledge but not the shingle. Too bad, I could make a fortune.
As I said, I'm not debunking him, but I don't care that he TREATS LYME PATIENTS, I WANT TO SEE RESULTS OF THOSE HE'S CURED.
Sorry to yell that.....I do get really agitated easily these days. We all are told to hide who is treating us (LLMD's) to protect them.
The smart ones are coming out to get their notoriety and their fortunes.

Believe me, I get the being broke from medical expenses, but that has nothing to do with Dr. H's success at treating Lyme disease.
I'm sorry you are not feeling well. If you are looking for suggestions for remaining symptoms, post in medical and folks could offer suggestions- diet change, etc. depending on what you're left with symptom wise.
The search feature on this board also has some good information.
