Since so many have been great in sending me tips on supplements, what works for them, where to buy, etc., I thought I would share what I've been using for about a year that has helped my BRAIN tremendously. I see a functional medicine practitioner for some of my Lyme support and she recommended 1000 mg of L-tyrosine, which is a brain-supporting free-form amino acid. About two weeks into using it, I noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement in cognitive function. I highly recommend it.

Brain support is so critical for chronic Lyme, and the focus of my own program. I have serious neuro/brain issues. There are thousands of supplements out there and I agree with many who have said they concluded that they were dumping lots of stuff into their bodies and not getting results. Been there! I wanted to share the efficacy of this, however, because it has been tremendously positive for me.

'Just sayin'!'

Be well...
CL
