I have been listening all week to presentations on the Online Gluten Free Summit.

There have been many good topics, but today, this talk by George Bryant is particularly inspiring.

It is not technical, but motivational. It is called "The Simple Way to "Win" at a Gluten Free Life".

I am including the link that I received through email, so I hope it works for you.

The presentations in this link are only available to listen to today, Sat Sept 13.

They were all good, especially the ones on adrenals, minerals and ketogenic diet.

However, if you want to be inspired to live the best life you can and be gluten free, listen to George Bryant.

He had many obstacles in his life...poor childhood with abuse, was a Marine often deployed and almost lost both legs in Afghanistan, suffered with bulemia and much more.

I cannot believe the energy, enthusiasm, joy and gratitude he conveys with every word.

He also has a website, wrote a cookbook and is on facebook, pinterest and Instagram.

His website: http://civilizedcavemancooking.com/

His facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/CivilizedCaveman

Here he is on Pinterest: http://www.pinterest.com/jorgekix/

Here he is on Instagram: http://instagram.com

His book is called "The Paleo Kitchen"
