Herxing bad today. Woke up major headache. Worse than the normal ones. Put ice pack on head, went back to bed after taking Tylenol. Laid and prayed to fall back to sleep. I think I did. From 6:30-7:30. Still had mild headache.

And been going into major Herxing lots of emotional stuff. Called Dr to let them know. Angry about having a bad day. Praying the Herxing subsides soon. And anger will too.

I can't breath right. I keep holding my breath every I exhale it's very tiresome. I know I need to do deep breathing with a consistency. I'm working on it. I need to stay focused.
Does anyone else do this from pain. I'm asking cuz this is new to me?????

I'm not going to give up this fight. Lyme is a loser. And I'm not.

Well, I have the flu today and just trying to get through each minute - I know it's not comparable to what you're going through, but sometimes we just have to stay the course.

One thing I do is think quickly of five things I'm grateful for, to switch my mind to something more positive. Then another five, etc.

Yes, anger about having a bad day. No fun. But, bad days come with the territory for us. One thing I do is be glad it's not a worse fate, like a number of things I read about what's going on in the news...

Can you figure out how to breathe? Maybe you gotta play around with it a little. Sometimes it's very little baby steps to figure out how to make it easier. Try to notice anything that seems to help.

Annie im glad you called doc but wht did they say?

Breathings important!

Is there any chance there is more going on than herx?

This virus going around mostly to kids but some adults...

Is someone living with you or checking on you...is babs an issue?

Please take care of yourself and stay safe. Maybe a doc should listen to your chest

Thank you for all your well wishes. Sorry to hear you have the flu. I can't imagine flu and Lyme. I always wake with bad headaches like today. But yesterday was different. The herx was unrentless. I again woke up with another bad headache and I can't believe it.

I pray it eases up and not like yesterday. It's hard to even think about it.

Hope everyone has a good day. I'll be around here off and on.
I can't even watch the news anymore. To much going on that the world has never experienced.

I really need prayers. But our world needs them more.

Ditto about the world.

Try to find something positive to focus on

Do you have leaves changing there? I saw trees today that looked like they were on fire. Really beautiful

Take care of you.
